- Pullers must use their own footwear without spikes.
- It is allowed to wear armor/anchor west, but it cannot be borrowed at the tournament.
- The Tug-of-war will be held outside and the ground surface will be grass

Rules and regulations:
- The Tug of War is a cup tournament in groups of 4 teams.
- All teams pull against each other in best of 3 pulls.
- The winners of each group advances to single elimination matches against the other group winners.
